WHAT IS MIND STRONG?
Mind Strong uses exercise as a way to help people with their mental health.
The sessions are designed to make sure you get the most out of exercising, whilst having a laugh and making new friends.
Mental health is a big passion of mine so it is really important that everyone feels welcomed into the community that supports each other, we make the most out of the impact exercise can have on the mind and you have fun during the sessions.
